Terms and Conditions
All reservations on DayStar Properties are on a first come first serve basis. We work with property owners and property managers alike to bring our guests the largest variety of vacation rentals options as possible.
A non-refundable payment of 50% of the rent is required to hold a reservation date on any property, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival. If the reservation is made in under 30 days, the remaining 50% is due within 3 days of confirming your reservation. Cancellations under the 30 day arrival period are not guaranteed a refund and will be up to the managers sole discretion to determine the reason, and ability to rent the unit for a viably similar amount within the period.
Payments are held for 72 hours before being verified. If for any reason the property requested is not available, and a payment has already been submitted, a staff member will contact you within 72 hours to either arrange to move to another unit or decline the charge to release your funds back to your card.
DayStar Properties does not charge a damage deposit up front, instead we keep a validated credit card on file in the case of any damage or missing items resulting from the guest, beyond normal wear. Each unit has a check list that the guest can go over at check-in and check-out to confirm that all listed items are still in the unit.
Customer service is our first priority, so we are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that expectations are met and both the guest and property owner can rest assured knowing that our staff is always on call to help remedy any issue.
